# Returns & Refund Policy
At Furova, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
## 30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be unused and undamaged.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
## Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at furovahelp@outlook.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
## Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalised or custom products
- Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear

## Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
## European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
## Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
